Alex is a 29-year-old wife and mama! She's passionate about many things, but traveling around the world, drinking wine, having spontaneous dance parties, and eating (a lot) are high up on her list. Her biggest passion in life is exploring the world and teaching her daughter, Avery along the way! She is also on a journey to get back to the basics by educating ourselves on what’s in our food and the products that she uses each day.
