Vanessa Alvarez is from California but currently resides in Wyoming where she attends the University of Wyoming in Laramie. She is an English major with a minor in Religious Studies, and hopes to become a College Professor or a writer for a magazine. She is the current Fine Arts & Lectures Coordinator for UW's campus programming board and oversees the Gallery in the Student Union. Vanessa loves writing, reading, hiking, taking photos and bartending. She is also a big movie buff and loves to watch movies from before the 70's, especially if they star Audrey Hepburn or Humphrey Bogart.
